Premier Restaurant Equipment Company is a full service foodservice design and equipment firm specializing in casinos, health care, specialty restaurants, hotels/lodging, multi-unit foodservice operations, sports bars, entertainment facilities and cafeterias. Jim Hara and Gary Zechmeister founded the firm in 1989

Premier is a service-focused company. We are responsive, flexible, professional, thorough and creative. We try to anticipate our clients’ needs, not just respond to them. This pro-active business attitude distinguishes Premier from our competition and allows our clients new methods to help uncover significant dollar savings in design, equipment costs, energy, installation/construction, and long-term product maintenance.
