Bacio, Minnetonka, MN

Premier was instrumental in the design of custom kitchen equipment for BACIO – a sleek, popular restaurant in Minnetonka, MN!

The name BACIO means “kiss” in Italian and offers a comfortable charm with high arched ceilings, skylights and many custom features in the open kitchen and appealing bar area.

Axel's/Bonfire Woodfire Cooking - Savage, MN

Axel's / Bonfire in Savage is a hot spot for great food and drinks with a comfortable family-friendly envirionment!

Premier teamed up with the Axel's group and remodeled an existing restaurant site in Savage to create an exciting venue for those in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis to check out.  The charbroiler, pizza oven, and rotisserie - all wood fired - are key equipment pieces used for the delicious American fare menu served up with a feel of the Southwest.

Eden Prairie is Excited about Epic!!

The new guy in town is Epic Restaurant. Owners Rob and Tony Jacobs worked with Premier to remodel an existing restaurant site into a snazzy bistro that hums with excitement. When asked what made them choose Premier, Rob said Premier was recommended by the architect, the construction firm, and they were very impressed with the knowledge of all the people they worked with at Premier.
