Premier was instrumental in the design of custom kitchen equipment for BACIO – a sleek, popular restaurant in Minnetonka, MN!
The name BACIO means “kiss” in Italian and offers a comfortable charm with high arched ceilings, skylights and many custom features in the open kitchen and appealing bar area.
BACIO is an “open kitchen” concept and prepares excellent “contemporary Italian” food using restaurant equipment provided and installed by Premier. Equipment includes a six-foot stone hearth wood fired pizza oven and custom designed wood fired rotisserie/char-broiler. Also are curved-to-fit stainless steel counters.
Other equipment provided and installed by Premier Restaurant Equipment Co. includes custom remote refrigerated prep tables. A key focal point of the restaurant, which accentuates the open kitchen design, is the exhaust hood provided by Premier- specifically designed to accommodate an artist’s spectacular glasswork.
