Premier teamed up with the Axel's group and remodeled an existing restaurant site in Savage to create an exciting venue for those in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis to check out.  The charbroiler, pizza oven, and rotisserie - all wood fired - are key equipment pieces used for the delicious American fare menu served up with a feel of the Southwest

Numerous equipment and fixture pieces were custom-built and provided by Premier. Such as the distinctive bar fixture with a solid maple bar top, and specialty seating to include dining chairs with hand-picked cowhides.  The wood-fired pizza oven and rotisserie were designed into the floor plan to be a central focus visually for patrons to enjoy and see in operation.
