The new guy in town is Epic Restaurant. Owners Rob and Tony Jacobs worked with Premier to remodel an existing restaurant site into a snazzy bistro that hums with excitement. When asked what made them choose Premier, Rob said Premier was recommended by the architect, the construction firm, and they were very impressed with the knowledge of all the people they worked with at Premier.
One of the most attention getting parts of this new restaurant is the Woodstone pizza oven, sunken into the floor so guests at the display bar can become part of the action as their gourmet pizza is created in front of their eyes.
Whether your appetite be large or small, Epic is the answer. Epic offers a wide variety of small plates from wood roasted mussels to lettuce wraps. For those with larger appetites, sink your teeth into cedar plank salmon, wood fired meats and seafood, or mouthwatering pizzas. Large screen TV's, dancing to the dj, Champagne Sunday Brunch, lunch or dinner... Epic awaits.
