Premier helps a long time client create a new "Pub"
Opening in 2007, Lucky's 13 Pub quickly became a favorite local pub/restaurant in Mendota, MN with a comfortable appeal offering music, numerous TV screens for sports, and an extensive menu.
As a part of the development team, Premier worked with the Lucky's group to design the back-of-the-house into an efficient semi-open kitchen. For the front of the house, Premier provided stylish, carefully selected furniture and custom booth seating for that ideal dining and pub experience.
To assist the Lucky's group execute their large menu, Premier provided a full bar and kitchen equipment package, which includes a large wood-burning rotisserie!
