The owner took the time with the design and created a new upscale downtown restaurant that's something to talk about. Slip into one of the cozy booths with rich, dark mahogany accents and feel your worries melt away. Or, head over to the Blue Star and take in the hottest jazz in the coolest acoustic space. Check out the neon lit bar, it literally glows.
The Blue Star Jazz Bar is a center island bar with all the necessities to handle high volume. Remote refrigerated coolers keep the equipment quiet and provide more storage in the bar. Unique design elements include the back bar glass storage and shelving structure, Glastender equipment, removable front bar panels covered in a designer laminate that compliments the neon which races under the bar top.
Premier's take on the kitchen was to create a model of efficiency in a small footprint. This kitchen sports all of the latest technology to create the fine dining meals Rossi's produces.
