Zeno Café owners came to Premier with their first store, which opened in 2003 in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. The goal was to create a trendy see-and-be-seen restaurant in a tight footprint. Premier kept the floor plan economical in both space and budget.
Granite countertops are paired with light stained wood and metal furniture, lending a modern air to the space. The seating plan makes the best use of the windows for patrons and passerby's alike.
The second Zeno Café opened in downtown Minneapolis in early 2005. Work is currently underway on a third location in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Check out their website at www.zenocafe.com
